Peter and Mary thanked the supervisor for his interest but explained that they had personal matters to deal with and needed to talk to the person who was dropping off the roses. The supervisor wished them luck and walked away. The couple approached their son’s grave and waited patiently, waiting for the mysterious woman to appear. The supervisor was confused by Peter’s reaction. She didn’t understand why he seemed upset by the unknown woman’s presence in the cemetery. Mary explained that they had seen the woman putting roses on her son’s grave every day and wanted to know why she was doing it. The supervisor was surprised and told the couple that she didn’t know anything about it. She suggested they try to talk to the woman and resolve the matter. Peter and Mary nodded and promised to do so. Often the best way to solve problems is to sit down together and get everything out on the table. Instead of letting the couple leave, the supervisor decided to help them and told them to wait a few minutes while she contacted a friend who knew the woman in question. The couple was surprised by the supervisor’s kindness, but at the same time they were grateful. The wait was short as the supervisor’s friend soon arrived at the cemetery. As expected, they were left with a lot of unsolved questions that they might never find the answers to, but above all they were very proud to this day to continue investigating the mystery that had attracted their attention since the beginning of time.
